Resins

Providing the matrix for carbon fiber, fiberglass, and core materials to hold shape when laminated, we have a large variety of resins. We stock epoxy, polyester, vinylester, and specialty formulations engineered for all processing methods, cure profiles, and performance requirements. These form the chemical backbone that determines part properties including strength, stiffness, water resistance, UV stability, and long-term durability in marine environments.

In Mold Topcoats

To prepare surfaces that ensure optimal adhesion between the mold surface and composite materials,our in mold coatings create a detailed,uniform base layer on substrate.Our topcoats provide the final surface finish that transfer to the molded part,critical for achieving the smooth gelcoat finishes required in marine applications.

Fabrics 

Woven to achieve mechanical properties in marine components and vessel repairs, we stock a wide variety of reinforcement materials including carbon fiber, fiberglass, aramid, and specialty fibers that provide structure and directional strength to composite parts. They are available in various weights, weave patterns, and orientations to optimize strength-to-weight ratios for specific marine applications including hull construction, deck reinforcement, and marine equipment housings.

Core Materials

To provide stiffness while keeping weight down, we have a variety of structural foams and balsa core materials.  These are available in plain sheets, perforated, or scored for contour allowing you to bend and shape the foam as needed.

Adhesives & Bonding Putties

To create structural bonds and seal joints in marine applications, we carry a variety of structural compounds designed for assembling composite components and filling gaps. These materials tailor mechanical properties to composite substrates while offering workability for complex assembly operations and providing excellent water resistance and chemical compatibility with marine environments.

Machinable Media 

When you’re prototyping master patterns for marine components, you need machinable media that provides dimensional accuracy and finishes to a consistent surface.

We stock a wide variety of high density machinable media designed for creating precise tooling surfaces and complex mold geometries. These materials allow for CNC machining of intricate details, undercuts, and surface textures that define the final part characteristics for hulls, decks, superstructures, and marine hardware.

Cleaners, Sealers and Mold Release Agents

To prepare mold surfaces, we stock: cleaners to remove contaminants and residual materials, sealers to refine and complete tooling surfaces, and mold release agents to create a controlled barrier, allowing clean part separation without surface damage.

Process Materials

Consumables: Essential for prototyping or repairing parts, we carry a wide variety of consumable materials including peel plies, vacuum bag films, release films, tacky tape, flash tapes, compounds & polishes. These materials control resin flow, remove volatiles, and apply consolidation pressure during cure cycles.

To help you build, we carry many processing tools including sanders, cutting equipment, and scales.

Coatings & Paints

To achieve final appearance, weatherability specifications, and corrosion protection in harsh marine environments, we carry primers, base coats, and clear coats formulated for adhesion to composite substrates. These coatings are specifically engineered for marine durability, providing UV resistance, saltwater protection, and long-term color retention.
